Refund Policy

At Vision Enterprises, we focus on customized and personalized products. As these items are made to order, refunds are limited and apply only under specific conditions.

1. No Refund on Personalized Items

Refunds are not applicable for:
• ID cards
• Custom printed items
• Personalized gifts
Because these items cannot be resold.

2. Refunds Allowed Only In Certain Cases

Refunds may be issued only if:
• The product received is damaged
• There is a printing error caused by us
• The wrong product was delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos as proof.

3. Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be processed through:
• UPI
• Bank Transfer
• Original Payment Method Refund completion time: 5–7 business days.
